Oversee respective unit and their staff
Upload Incident Reports for their unit to Association Database
Provide coaching and aid with behavioral and homesickness issues within the unit
Coach and evaluate staff within their unit
Ensure safety and cleanliness within their unit
Lead at least 1 “Stayover Weekend” over the course of the summer
Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy & Character Development Values
Ensure the emotional, mental, and physical safety of all participants
Complete required paperwork in timely manner
Work in tandem with other camp staff to create a safe and welcoming experience for all
Inform Program Director of any camper or staff concerns
Ability to accept guidance and supervision
Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, self-control, maturity, responsibility, sound judgment, and good decision-making skills
Be of good character, and in sympathy with the goals and objectives of YMCA Camp Piomingo
