Camp Ad-Staff

·      Must be at least 18 years of age; one year of college education is preferred

·      First Aid, CPR, AED, and O2 certified before the start of staff training

·      Must be able work outdoors for the majority of the day

·      Requires participation with and leadership of youth in a wide variety of physical activities; requires the ability to traverse the campgrounds on a frequent basis throughout the day

·      Good communication skills are required; must be able to interact with campers 

·      Must exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility in all aspects of work with the YMCA

·      Committed to making a positive impact in the lives of the kids we serve through teaching and participating in activities, social skills, and other aspects

·      Provide kids ages 5-17 exceptional programming and enriching life experiences through planning and executing activities 

·      Be a role model to campers and staff

Camp Ad-Staff are paid between $365-$420/week.
