The Salt Fork YMCA is actively recruiting an energetic, outgoing, upbeat professional to join our team.
Directs the maintenance and improvement operations of YMCA facilities and vehicles, including preventative maintenance and related budgets.
Mission Advancement: Models and teaches the Y’s values.
Collaboration: Builds relationships to create small communities. Effectively tailors communications to the appropriate audience.
Operational Effectiveness: Provides others with frameworks for making decisions. Develops plans and manages best practices through engagement of team. Holds staff accountable for high-quality results using a formal process to measure progress.
Personal Growth: Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills required to perform well; uses best practices and demonstrates up-to-date knowledge and skills in technology.
Required Certifications
Requirements within 30 days of hire include: Child Abuse Prevention; CPR; First Aid; AED; Blood borne Pathogens. Completion of YMCA program specific certifications and training modules.
