Member Services Director

The Member Services Director works with senior level staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members.

Wage: $21.47 to $23.47 per hour, depending on qualifications

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Location: Lakewood Family YMCA, Lakewood, WA

-You are excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals by recruiting campaigners, making personal asks, and supporting branch events
-You are willing and able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on the first day as well as other required online and on-person trainings as required.
-Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).

-Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
-Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
-Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
-Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
-Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
-Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
-Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.
