The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking an Operations Director for our Camp Twin Lakes in Cedar Park, Texas.
Under the direction of the Twin Lakes YMCA Executive Director, the Operations Director will plan and deliver high-quality off season groups and retreats service, food service management and retail experiences that enhance participants engagement and support the overall success of the branch.
The ideal candidate, with direct reports, will be responsible for program growth in the following areas:
Off-Season Groups and Retreats – provide strategic leadership for our established off-season groups and retreats programs while maintaining our current book of business and creating positive experiences to generate new business.
Food Service – develop and maintain cost-effective meal operations by establishing average meal costs and ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Sky Trail Concession and Trading Post – oversee ordering, inventory, and merchandising for concessions and retail spaces to elevate the experience!
