As a key member of the leadership team, the Executive Director of Mission Support Services will bring clarity, rigor, and innovation to the infrastructure that enables the Y to deliver on its cause.
The Executive Director of Mission Support Services is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for strengthening the infrastructure that enables the YMCA to fulfill its mission of putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
This role provides strategic leadership for core support functions: Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, Information Technology, and Facilities. This role will ensue operational excellence, stewardship, and alignment with the YMCA’s cause.
As a mission-driven business leader, this individual serves as both a systems thinker and change agent, building high-performing teams, scalable systems, and effective practices that advance organizational impact.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Leadership, or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, and risk management
• Senior leadership experience overseeing multiple administrative functions

Information Technology & Systems Enablement
• Provide strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital tools
